So many questions....

Why do we have these very expensive looking street bins all over the borough?

Why do the bins have solar panels on top?

Why would somebody leave a pair of orange Crocs on top of one of these bins?

Why do users of disposable vapes leave these little stickers all over the outside of a bin rather than inside it?

Why on earth would people vape in the first place?

Why didn't I make the effort to take a better blip today? :-)
