TaiChi - the summer course

Our first full day of TaiChi on this year’s course, and we are TIRED. Five hours of training is a lot. In terms of exercise it’s fairly light but it’s also five hours of being on your feet (sometimes on your foot) with a lot of balance training thrown in.
On the other hand we want to get the most out of the course and out of Ulf’s knowledge. When your teacher is about to turn 85 who knows how long he’ll want to keep teaching.
So no-one is complaining and we’ve enjoyed a very full day. Looking forward to tomorrow!
