According to Polar… I slept for over 8 hours. I certainly felt better for it!

It has been a testing day. Hearing what I am accused of, for the privilege of which I have paid £1000s, because I can no longer bear to read communications for myself or waste my breath talking about it. All nonsense. None of it deserved.

I have no idea what these two were up to. Polly came for dinner, so perhaps they were showing off.
