Cousins

We holidayed every year on Anglesey when I was a child and the Fares were often there at the same time. I haven’t seen them in about forty years, but I saw on fb that they were going this week…which was the main reason I decided to go too.

We got in touch and said we would meet at Cemaes. Judy is over from Australia so the timing was perfect. Alison (and hubby, Paul) and Jackie came to the beach whilst Judy was walking part of the coastal path. We swam. It was such fun and absolutely fabulous to catch up.

We then went for lunch at Gadlys and Judy joined us. We knew we were related and it took a while to work out how….we have settled on second cousins once removed lol.

They went back to their campsite and I returned to the hotel so we could all shower and then we met in Moelfre in the evening. We had a walk round and then ate in the Kinmel Arms. It was so lovely to meet up, I loved it :)))
