Blether

This morning I met my friend for coffee at 10.30. 3 hours later we were still blethering. We never have enough time at work to chat properly so it was lovely to catch up.
This afternoon I had a massage where she worked on my legs- oh my goodness my muscles were very tight!! Feeling more comfortable tonight though .
