Flowers.

A busy day 
Stuart came to cut back the ivy. Then while he was here we decided we d get rid of it. 

I'd feel guilty re birds  but they're not about anymore and seeing the ivy has grown through the roof inside the barn  it was time to remove it.
Chopped back. Base roots cut and now we wait for it to die before it's removed. 

Re the birds ..we have lots of trees and shrubs that will accommodate  them.
