Sandwich beach

Another lovely day. Sunshine all afternoon. We took Lottie down to the beach and we picked up a couple of bags of bits of rubbish while she discovered exciting smells and an old tennis ball! Most of what we collected was bits of fishing net, lengths of that horrid plastic packing tape, pieces of cord, baler twine, polypropylene rope, dozens of plastic straws, shotgun cartridges, screw top lids, cartons, plastic bottles etc etc 
It's good fun, a lovely sandy beach, nobody about just lots of gulls and terns, Lottie enjoying herself and us rootling about in the strand line! 
Gave us a good appetite for tea too!
