Noise up the chimney -

We have s visitor in the chimney .

Sat in the lounge and heard an awful noise up the chimney . Soot began to fall past the foam which we have put up there as we don't use the fire.

After much investigation and a lot of soot filling the fireplace we are able to see that it is a wood pigeon , it seems quite happy to sit there for the moment , I have put food out so it can see it , lets hope it comes out of its own accord , as some of the suggestions my hubby and son are coming up with are not very nice
