Breakfast in the Sunflowers

I captured this photo on what is probably my last day at the sunflower fields for this season.  The cardinals usually go into the fields and go right down to the ground looking for seeds. As luck would have it, this male cardinal sat up high on the flowers for the longest time with this grasshopper in his mouth.
