After my night shift...

...I did Park Run with DD2! A little 5k in 26c!! At 9am...it was blinking boiling!!!

Came home, quick cold shower and hit the hay!! Quick snooze and up to lounge...by the pool! Which is where I stayed until my stomach called (and DH) to say dinner on!

Chauffeur driven home by DD1 (well I'd had a cheeky cider!) to chill a bit more!

Tomorrow will be given over to charity...as a volunteer for our local Race for Life :-))
