This day 14 years ago I was in Kibera, Kenya"s biggest slum with the YMCA, who operate a number of youth programmes inside. 
It is believed that 1.5 million people live within the Kibera slum under very cramped conditions. Most  residents live in extreme poverty, earning less than £2 a day. 
These children were on the way to one of the few school inside... There is some hope.
