Not sure what this is. Someone told me these are raspberry plants. They are ALL over our new neighborhood. If this is indeed true, we're going to enjoy LOTS of raspberries soon.

I broke down in immense frustration today. A month ago, my doctors prescribed an expensive long-term treatment that has to be approved by my health insurance company. I have been talking with my Dr's very rude nurse for 3 weeks, asking how the insurance approval has been going. When I called again today, she was on vacation, and I found out that she had submitted the request to my insurance only a few days ago.

I broke out in tears. How on Earth could a medical professional keep me painful through her inaction? I am not the type of person to punch or yell or kick something. The tears just had to flow before the faucet could be turned off.

My crying into the phone did get some attention. I now have the name of a nice person and a direct phone number to call for updates. We should have a response in a few days.
