Muddy Duck

At Compton Verney they have a bird watching hide and several bird feeders attracting all the usual species. Below the feeders is a muddy area adjoining the lake. As I left the hide this duck waddled up to inspect me before turning round and going back to the lake.

Jayne out for lunch with friends at The Lion in Tredington and I am doing a few jobs out in the garden to occupy myself.

Bowls at Wellesbourne last night and we came away with a win. On our rink we won comfortably in the end. Jayne has done something to her back so had to cry off and also cancel a match that had been arranged for this evening. Hopefully it will have eased by tomorrow.
