Betwixt bud and full bloom

Apologies for yet another blip of my namesake rose but I wanted a shot for posterity to illustrate the stage between tight bud (a slightly deeper colour apricot) and the full bloom (almost white) which I blipped a couple of days ago!  Very little sunshine today but at least it's warm.  It's the end of term AGM (with wine and nibbles) at our camera club tonight which should be fun.
