Sweet heat
Chilli peppers from the community pantry and the last of the pink gooseberries in the garden came together, via an adapted recipe of Nigella Lawson's, to create a fiery condiment that scorches the palate and tickles the tongue. So satisfying to create something so seriously tasty - plus useful for gifts.
I was pleased to succeed in getting the bits suspended in the jelly rather than drifting to the top.
