Back to sourdough.
It’s been months since I’ve made any bread. I met a lovely lady in the village who makes her own bread too and she kindly gifted me some of her sourdough starter. I thought mine had died, but it has miraculously came back to life.
This dough was made with Angela’s starter and Cotswold Crunch flour.
This week’s soup: chicken noodle.
