Elderpark Library and the new Bridge from Govan

I visited the newly Refurbished Elderpark Library with a few Friends.

We went to the Cafe inside the Pierce Institute for Lunch.
Afterwards I wanted to see the new Footbridge.
The area around the new Bridge on the Govan side doesn't look so good as still a work in progress,  but interesting to see.
