High tide

so it's always possible to encounter shipping. The bridge was closed allowing a cargo vessel to cautiously enter the Bentinck Dock to my right. The extra shows the other end as it completes the last few metres to its mooring.

Time around 22:00hrs, high tide is scheduled for 22:19hrs. It's come from the port of Goole, on the River Humber inland from Hull. It's probably collecting scrap metal judging by where it is moored now.
