Hers and Mine

A quick trip into Nottingham this morning with a frock purchase in mind. Ended up with two with the smaller one for a soon-to-be four year old. Pink's not my colour but it is definitely hers so I hope she will like it.

A gorgeous day with temperatures at 24 even before 9am and 30 on the way home at lunchtime. Hordes of people were off to Trent Bridge for the cricket as I drove in - it looks like they'll have had a hot but almost victorious day. We've had thunder this afternoon but no rain as yet. It is at least a bit more bearable now.
