367 pages of specifications for the construction of a university hospital back in 1974.
Construction started in the 80s. Things got a bit delayed because back then Charlie Haughey took a cut on every capital project, to buy Charvet shirts, or new sails for the Celtic Mist.

367 pages, with no CAD, no embedded diagrams or pictures. Just a typewriter and some inspiration. Or rather aspirations.
