(206) Berwick-upon-Tweed

The sun was shining this morning and there was a gentle breeze so conditions were ideal for the flying camera. This is a view taken above the River Tweed as it passes through town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. The bridge farthest from the camera is the Royal Border Bridge which carries the east coast main railway line. The middle bridge is the Royal Tweed road bridge and the nearest to the camera is the Berwick Bridge, or Old  Bridge, which dates back to 1611-1624.
