Field Sow Thistle

So my Flora Incognita app tells me. Although I believe there are several types of sow thistle. I had a very quiet day and ended up in the bakery with a salmon sandwich and cuppa.
Extra is another called autumn hawkbit so my app tells me. They are so similar these yellow plants. A very mixed day of weather including rain.
Second extra is Chinese Wisteria which is the 2024 chosen poisonous plant of the year. This flower is the second blossoming in the plant this year.
