Today I got up early and headed to Moreton Bay Road Runners and while they ran, I walked... I did 20 minutes and was happy with that as my feet weren't happy and the Bursitis is back where my toes meet my foot on the right foot... The crew chatted over coffee while waiting for Sunrise before heading off to get on with our days...
