Having an iron infusion

Had to leave work early today as I was booked in for an iron infusion at Noosa Hospital.

I was at the oncology unit where people were having chemo.  When I was going through my cancer treatment, I was spared chemo and went straight to radiation, so I really appreciated being there and seeing what it was like.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and kept me informed through the whole process.  A very good experience.  And hopefully the iron infusion will help with general fatigue!
