Apfel Kuchen

Jon has an old school friend who's visiting Noosa at the moment, so he invited him over for dinner.

I made this lovely winter dessert, apfel kuchen, and think today's was the best I've ever made!!  It was super yummy too.

Nice to see Zakh again after ages.  He's back at Uni in Sydney, so hopefully we might see him again.
