We are sailing, we are sailing..............

Hooray, back to the gym this morning. I can only do the static bike, but better than nothing. We went for coffee afterwards, of course, but great to be back with the gang. I had offers to have a lift home, but I declined as I wanted to have a look around town, and then caught the bus home. J went to Llandow in the car, so when he got home , we had a lot of gossip to exchange.
