The gray haired minority

Another day on the workfloor. In the afternoon there was ice cream for our elderly. A mobile ice parlour parked in the garden of our care home. There was a huge choice of 12 different kinds of ice cream. Our elderly did enjoy this. As the weather was fine , they all could sit outside.
As i was waiting with 1 of our elderly in the wheelchair, i saw this image of those similar gray haired hairstyles. Somehow they are the minority compared to the working population.
