Just loved this photo from our trip away in the Derbyshire sunshine and with the stunning scenery.

I tutored N for the first time since March!!! Oh my goodness he’s had a terrible report…lowest score for effort and attainment but still claimed I’m ok at maths!!!! We had a good session. I hope he can be persuaded to do a few more in the holidays but stroppy 14year old lads are not easy. (he’s delightful with me but gives his Mum a difficult time)

Then The Rev and I went up to the local airfield to meet J (who works nearby) and for lunch. J had booked his first flying lesson for next month. Even typing that made my tummy turn!!! I told him to tell us when he’s landed for the final time. Apparently it’s 2/3 take off and landings!!! aarrgghh
