Dust In The Wind

Here is a hay truck rolling past our place. This is what we experience from July through September. Trucks haul hay from harvested grass seed fields to a storage facility just up the road from us, dozens and dozens of trucks each day. The usual wind in the summer is out of the north and east, which means the dust off the gravel road blows straight south to us. We love our place, but July, August, and September are damn challenging.

No hay trucks at The Shag.
