The topsy turvy tomato

I am embarrassed to admit that this tomato was grown in a Topsy Turvy tomato planter, the kind seen on late night television. When our local Walgreens had them I decided to try one. So far, it has grown this tomato and one other. It has not grown a particularly large plant. We will taste the tomato when it is fully ripe in a couple of days. So far our other traditionally planted tomatoes are doing as well or better.

Today, I give thanks for the day I was given, fresh tomatoes and strawberries, sharing tomatoes with the baby (well she doesn't share, but it is fun to watch her delightedly eat them), yard work, and cuddling with cats.
