Abstract: Neon

The Abstract Thursday theme is 'as abstract as possible.' Thanks to Ingeborg for it. I've given it my best shot. I used a simple neon filter to jazz up a common object (see extra).
 
We're experiencing a relentless thunderstorm. The wind at one point got up to 60 mph and has pulled my garage window screens right off. I can chase them down tomorrow. The rain has been coming down hard.
 
I sent this monsoon Haiku to the newspaper earlier:
 
Exploding thunder
Wicked wind, the pounding squall
Desert refreshment
