Plaza Mayor

Another wonderful day in Madrid.   We began with a two hour walk in El Retiro, then a big breakfast at our hotel.
We headed to the metro and Plaza Mayor.  After exploring the shops and restaurants we settled on lunch at an outdoor cafe with umbrellas and misters.  It was perfect.
Spent the hottest part of the day enjoying our beautiful room and communicating with family.
