Rosie

Today the lovely Rosie came to my makeshift studio (our front room!) for a little photo shoot. I learnt absolutely loads - and how much I still have to learn! And how hard it is to photograph a newborn. The photos didn't turn out quite as planned. Rosie was intent on stretching out of every pose I put her in but she settled eventually and I managed to take a few. I'm not fully happy with any of them, but hopefully the family will be. Got to keep practicing and not get disheartened.

I tried to edit this in PS Elements which I have just bought and am completely baffled by. Too tired now so uploading as it is.

Love my new lens though. Think it saved my skin today! All the gear and no idea!
