Light …..

….. ….. ….. & shade on the Remarkable Mountains.

I made a quick trip into Frankton this morning to say goodbye to my niece E. & husband & family. It’s been super having them here. They’ve loved their days’ skiing and being out in the mountains.

I returned to the Village in time to be involved in a presentation by St. John’s Ambulance volunteers on coping with cardiac arrests & Heart attacks. It was very interesting to learn how a defibrillator works.
