It's ODD?

        Or  - Is it isn't?  BUT  There seems to be some sort of correlation going on here?  
        Way back here, I commented on blood donors apparently being better parkers than yer average Joe Public. Blood donors can, neatly park a full complement of par king slots; NEVER achieved on the normal nights we go there.
        Here again. As far as I can tell, without any research, Joe Public, as a loose generalisation, drives in to park, then reverses out; unless one is "disabled".  In that case the norm seems to be reverse in and just drive away.

Note to self - Tag BETTER.  This Hedge has been Blipped before - the "Disabled  Parking" is so well hidden you'll never see it - unless you know it's there &/or look for it.
