So, Do You Come Here Often?

My husband's morning report from the yard included the fact that there was "a very large, cool bug" on the shed. Of course, that sort of news is catnip to a girl like me, so out I went with my camera.

Indeed there WAS a large bug - a katydid - and it obliged me by peering down at me delightfully. I enjoyed the look on its face, and imagined it speaking this old pick-up line: "So, do you come here often?" And then, it lumbered away!
