An afternoon walk via the library and Tesco. I really had to force myself to do it, could have quite easily stayed on the sofa and slept. I 2as meant to be babysitting the boys tonight but I passed the baton to Mum, I just knew I would be exhausted and not in the right frame of mind. Which is disappointing.
