This doesn't look good...

This building has featured in a previous blip of mine, and whilst I still think it's was a of a very fine property, I can't help but feel sorry for whoever occupies the basement! The water was gushing out with great force, and although a man from Thames Water was on the scene when I went past he didn't seem to be doing more than shaking his head and looking puzzled.
