Skegness

Beck's still on holiday from work and it was my day off too so we decided to go once more unto the seaside. Plus neither of us has ever been to Skeggy which, as Nottingham residents of nearly 35 years, is clearly something of an oversight. We walked along the beach, had a paddle (well, I did), ate backstreet fish and chips and ice cream on the pier, marvelled at the glittering attractions of the Pleasure Beach and promised ourselves an out-of-season return at some point.
