Hand Ripped Noodles

Earlier this week, I recommended this cafe/restaurant, and all week, I have been thinking about these hand Ripped Noodles with roasted vegetables with chilli and peanut sauce.

Oh my good grief, they did not disappoint, although I haven't been able to eat another thing all day. Cafe Pomelo, go of you can. They have a very limited lunch menu, but everything is delicious. It opened at 12 noon and by 12.15 it was full.

Later, I picked the first greenhouse tomato (extra). A sweet millions cherry variety. They are a good size for cherry.

My boy had parcels delivered and promised to sort getting them. I posted them today...... never was he going to sort that out.

I'm late to watching Bridgerton, I didn't think I wanted to watch it. In Skye, my girls told me it's a must, so I'm starting tonight. I hope it's worth it because I could be watching thousands on people on boats going up a river....riveting.
