Oh What

……………………………..a beautiful morning.

A busy morning then I had to head north for my MRI at Edinburgh. Stopped to see G’s progress on his house as his timber frame extension has been erected this week. My ex then drove me up to the hospital. As usual it took time to get a cannula into me but the expert got it in one on the back of my hand. Unfortunately I’d missed my slot on the scanner so had to wait another 20 minutes or so. I was only in for about 16 minutes but had spent the best part of two hours at hospital. Hopefully that’s it for another year!

A quick turnaround when I got home and a night out with E my school friend to see a band in Berwick. It’s been a good night, the venue was packed and the band were great musicians. I’ve got a garden party with the Zumba girls tomorrow afternoon…I’ll be shattered by Sunday!

My blood pressure has stabilised finally this week and I’ve managed to persuade the Dr to reduce the medication which is causing side effects so I started on a half dose today…I’ll see where that goes but hopefully the side effects will reduce and the BP stay within the normal parameters.
