Old..and Dead..

It was 11C early this morning when I went for a mountain bike ride...can't believe the relief of this cool weather system. I haven't been on my bike for 3-4 weeks now. The air was crisp and fresh..and I was the only biker on the trails at 7.00am.


This is an old log that has been put in place for a refurbished First Lookout landing on Knox Mountain ..where I bike.


This section of an old cotton wood tree had blown over in city park during a very heavy wind storm..about 5 years ago. It is now used as part of the landscaping for the lookout landing.
