Driving in Nottingham

I went to the QMC today for a scan and of course got lost trying to get there. The road system in Nottingham is dire and it doesn't help that tree branches are covering the road signs so you can't see where to go, until you're right in front of them.  I think it was about 15 years ago I last went to Nottingham, don't mind if it's another 15 years before I go again.
