Flower Friday

Thank you Biker Bear once again for continuous hosting !!
I did a little woods walk while R had his lap steels guitar lesson . Since I didn’t sleep well I mostly rested the remainder of the day .
These are a few samples of what’s blooming on our yard. Some lovely calls Lillie’s , dahlias , fried egg poppy as I call them and alliums .
Seeing yet another chiropractor in the morning to see if they can help with the strained thigh / butt muscles I’ve pulled. Yesterday’s shoulder PT went well .
