Bandon, Oregon

We are enjoying a mini-vacation on the coast of Oregon in the little fishing port town of Bandon. 
The morning was devoted to beachcombing on the vast, nearly empty beach while the tide was out.
The afternoon hours were filled with eating scrumptious halibut fish & chips and browsing in delightful little shops. 
Our evening involved an excellent Italian restaurant meal accompanied by live light-jazz music played by a fine guitarist. 
Truly a day that filled up our senses in the John Denver mode.
