My summer snack!
I'm not really sure what to call my drink.
I made it with ginger root, curcumin, water, and lemons, whole lemons in chunks. I pureed it in the blender and then froze it in ice cube trays.
Today I took two ice cubes and added some soda to them. I also made a very small watermelon salad.
Perfect for a summer snack!
