Just chilling' with my ham'

I'm staying in the shade and drinking lots of water today because I am going to a festival tomorrow.

High Tide in Twickenham is going to be great fun but I am very nervous of the heat. Having had lymph nodes removed on my right side leaves me open to a number of medical dangers. I'm going to have to be ver careful.
