Parkrun day

So turned up hour early at Worthing parkrun Grabbed a coffee paid £4.20 for parking..
Then thought fair how we all going ro run pass this on the promenade. Looked it up cancelled. Searched next nearest Lancing also cancelled. Im number crunching thats all at the moment.
So took off to Littlehampton and just.made.it... 246/250.. time juat in 4 mims quicker than normal parkeun! how? with spinal iuases.. N spending all time in bed.. 
Walking through village and ita the vicars daughters wedding so.pretty and so simple.
Olympic weather is dire!!
