Optus Stadium

Julian won some tickets to the Australian Rules football tonight - the Dockers vs The Eagles at Optus Stadium.  I haven’t been to a match for years and Julian was itching to go so we went along and had a fabulous time and his favorite team The Fremantle Dockers won yay!! : ). 
It was a record crowd of 56,500 people and they were a very lively and loud crowd!! : ). Dark clouds started looming above and I was a bit worried that it might rain but it held off and just got really cold!  Didnt bother us as we had all our warmest clothing and gloves and scarves! : )
This morning we also went to the movies to see Deadpool and Wolverine which was incredibly over the top with lots of blood, mayhem and swearing, Julian loved it! : ) Not really my cup of tea but I did stay awake through it all!! Lol : )
I’m thoroughly worn out and heading off to bed and will catch up tomorrow! Xxx
