Rainy Day

It rained. A lot. 30 millimetres last night, plus another 14 during the day. Not a day for going outdoors, hence the ECB*.
The cats didn't want to get wet either, and spent most of the day sleeping.

I visited my mother for lunch and coffee together with her carers (who are still quarreling, but able to laugh about it by now). I stayed a little longer, to meet a gardener to show him two badly damaged trees that will need to be felled.

Afterwards I joined Rani on the sofa and watched some of the more obscure Olympic sports events.
